We are looking for a Team Lead Nurse to join our team at the Chibougamau Health Centre, in the Medicine/Short-Term Care (6050) and Intermediate Care (6053) departments.

Job Details

• Orientation required: Yes
• Orientation date: To be determined
• Employment period: From April 23, 2025, to January 27, 2026
• Required availability: Day, evening, and night (rotation)
• Typical schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, rotating day/evening:
    • 6:00 AM to 6:21 PM in intensive care
    • 8:00 PM to 8:21 AM in medicine (acting as team lead and supporting intensive care during meal breaks)
  • Meal break: 1 hour 40 minutes
• Atypical schedule: Yes
• On-call duty: No
• Driver’s license required: No
• Vehicle required: No

Job Requirements

• Arrhythmia training required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care (comfortable working with intubated patients)
• Ability to take on a team lead role in medicine
